The Walt Whitman

The Walt Whitman

Walt Whitman spent his final days in Camden in a small townhome on what was then known as Mickle Street. The celebrated poet and author of Leaves of Grass loved the little house as well as the city of Camden. He affectionately referred to his home as a “shanty” or “coop”, emphasizing its humble charm.

The Walt Whitman incorporates our trademark heads-tail design and its dark gray houndstooth pattern pays tribute to the Good Gray Poet himself.
